Everyone has a story worth telling — and this gentle, guided journey will help you tell yours with ease and heart. You don't need to be a writer. You don’t even need to pick up a pen!
Using just your voice, your memories, and a phone (or Zoom), you’ll learn how to speak your stories aloud and transform them into a memoir — without the stress of writing.
If You’ve Ever Thought
"I wish I could leave something behind for my kids."
"I've always wanted to write a book, but I'm not a writer."
"I have so many stories, but I don't know where to start."
"I want to make sense of my life."
"I want to feel seen before it’s too late."
Then Turn Your Memories Into a Memoir - Without Writing a Word is for you!
This is a live, virtual, 4-week course that guides you From Soul To Shelf by helping you begin, shape, and share the story only you can tell.
Whether you dream of writing your memoir, want to speak your story out loud, or simply long to understand your life in a deeper way, this live course will gently guide you through the process — from the heart of your truth to the shape of your story.
You’ll be supported every step of the way with weekly live sessions, guided reflections, simple prompts, and a nurturing container where your voice, your memories, and your meaning can begin to take form.
Whether you write it or speak Your True Story... it matters.
This first week isn't just about recalling memories — it's about returning to the parts of yourself that thought they'd been forgotten.
We begin gently, with warmth and wonder, remembering why your story matters — not just to you, but to those who will one day hold it close.
This Week You Will
Realize you already carry rich, beautiful, important stories within you.
Reconnect with the core memories that shaped who you are.
Awaken forgotten emotions and honor moments you once tucked away.
Begin to trust that your lived experience is worthy of being heard — and celebrated.
You Will Learn
What a memoir truly is (and isn’t) — no rules, just real life and real heart.
How speaking your memories taps into deeper truths than "writing" ever could.
Why perfectionism, fear, and self-doubt are simply tender signs that you are ready.
How your memories are already waiting inside you — naturally organized, ready to be shared.
You Will Experience
Relief: You don't have to be a "writer" to tell your story beautifully.
Confidence: Taking the first small, real step toward your dream.
Joy: Rediscovering powerful moments you forgot you carried.
Momentum: Simple, doable next steps that set success in motion.
You Will Practice
A guided visualization into a cherished core memory.
Recording your first short 3–5 minute story from your life.
Using a photo or beloved object to spark memory magic whenever you need a gentle nudge.
🌟 You don’t have to create your story from scratch — you just have to reconnect with what is already waiting inside you.
This week isn’t just about talking — it's about building something strong and sacred inside you.
You’ve already begun reconnecting with your memories. Now, you’ll begin speaking them into the world — gently, bravely, and beautifully.
This Week You Will
Find your authentic voice — not polished, not perfect, but real and radiant.
Strengthen your trust in your memories and intuition.
Strengthen your belief that you are worthy of being heard.
Strengthen your connection to your inner storyteller — the true guide within you.
You Will Learn
How to recognize patterns and themes in your life (love, loss, adventure, resilience, transformation).
How to group your stories naturally into "chapters" or emotional arcs.
The art of speaking from the heart — without worrying about "getting it right."

You Will Experience
Clarity: Seeing the invisible threads that weave through your life.
Energy: Feeling momentum build as small stories take root and grow.
Connection: Bonding with others in our storytelling circle — being witnessed, and witnessing others.
Excitement: Watching your memoir begin to take visible, beautiful shape.
You Will Practice
Gentle storytelling circles, sharing 5-minute spoken memories.
Homework: Choose three themes that call to you and record 10-minute stories for each.
🌟 When you strengthen your voice, you strengthen your story. And when you strengthen your story, you strengthen yourself.
This week isn’t just about typing or transcribing — it's about witnessing your spoken memories become real on the page. This is the first visible alchemy of your journey: bridging the magic of your voice into the power of the written word.
This Week You Will
See your spoken words take tangible form — no longer fleeting, but captured forever.
Build trust in the creative process — understanding that “rough” is not wrong, it’s a beautiful beginning.
Capture your stories without judgment, honouring the rawness and the reality of your voice.
Transform fear and chaos into coherence, clarity, and beauty.
You Will Learn
How to easily turn voice recordings into written drafts.
The basics of transcription — whether you DIY, use AI tools, or bring in light support.
How rough, living recordings naturally become editable, lovable chapters.
How ghostwriting, co-writing, and editing support can amplify — not erase — your authentic voice.
You Will Experience
Empowerment: Understanding that messy is actually part of magic.
Skill: Learning simple techniques to polish raw memories into rich, vibrant scenes.*
Vision: Seeing your memoir chapters start to take real, tangible shape before your eyes.
Inspiration: Realizing — fully, finally — you are the author of your own story.
You Will Practice
A live demonstration: editing a rough transcript into a clear, moving chapter.
Homework: Edit one of your spoken stories into a 400–600 word draft you’ll be proud of.
Gentle Warning: If you skip this step, the magic might stay stuck in your phone!
🌟 When you transcribe your stories, you catch them before they fly away. When you transform them, you prepare them to fly even further.
---------------------------------------
* What "polish raw memories into rich, vibrant scenes " really means:
You record a story aloud.
(Natural, emotional, messy — exactly right.)
You transcribe the story into rough text.
(It’s a raw but magical thing to see your spoken story appear on the page.)
I guide you — very simply — to:
Remove filler words ("um," "you know," repeated phrases)
Add simple paragraph breaks
Maybe rephrase one or two clunky sentences if they want
Read it aloud and see if it "feels good" — not "is grammatically perfect."
You witness:
“Oh... my voice actually looks beautiful on paper.”
“I can lightly smooth this without losing myself.”
That’s it.
You are NOT:
Correcting grammar to academic standards
Rewriting huge chunks
Worrying about publishing-ready polish
You ARE:
Honouring your unique voice
Making it readable and emotionally resonant
Feeling proud enough to say: “Yes, that’s my story.”
This week isn’t just about tidying and printing — it’s about stepping fully into authorship, ownership, and pride. You are an author now. It’s real. It’s happening.
This Week You Will
Honour your story enough to refine and present it with love and care.
Understand that publishing isn't about perfection — it’s about respect, reverence, and readiness.
Share your story with the world — however big or small that world may be.
Mark the completion of a sacred creative act.
You Will Learn
Simple, elegant ways to organize your memoir into a book, blog series, or family heirloom.
How to craft beautiful titles, inviting openings, and satisfying chapter arcs.
How to explore empowering publishing pathways: self-publishing, indie presses, or private keepsakes.
How to keep your momentum alive — even after the course ends — with joyful, light next steps.
You Will Experience
Pride: Realizing you’ve moved from "I wish I could" to "I did."
Closure: Seeing your memories honored, ordered, and ready for the world.
Hope: Feeling your legacy is no longer a dream, but a living gift in motion.
Celebration: Sharing your transformation with a community that has witnessed and cheered you every step of the way.
You Will Practice
Sharing your “before and after” story — spoken and polished versions.
Creating your simple publishing roadmap, with my loving guidance at every turn.
Reminder: Your story can outlive you. It’s an act of love to tell it — and an act of courage to share it.
🌟 Polishing your story is an act of love. Publishing it — even if only for your family — is an act of courage.
You’ve lived through something powerful, painful, or transformative — and you’re ready to make meaning from it.
You’ve been told, “You should write a book,” but you don’t know where to begin.
You’ve always wanted to get the words out — not for fame, but for freedom.
You want a safe space to shape your written or spoken story with care and support.
You’re craving gentle structure, not pressure — a sacred space to reflect, explore, and begin.
You’re tired of holding it all in, and you’re finally ready to let it out — with guidance, clarity, and compassion.
You don’t need another app or template — you need a kind, experienced guide who truly sees you.
You long to be witnessed — even if no one else ever reads what you create.
You believe your story could help someone else — if only you could find a way to share it.
You’re not trying to be a "writer." You’re trying to be real.
You sometimes feel invisible, unheard, or like your story doesn’t matter — but in your heart, you know it does.
You fear your stories will be lost forever if you don't find a way to tell them.
You want to leave a meaningful legacy — without stress, overwhelm, or having to figure it all out alone.
You don’t know how to write, where to start, or how to finish — and you’re ready for a gentler, guided path.
You’re looking for a way to bring your memories to life — one phone call, one recording, one story at a time.

Next Step Invitation: The Memoir Experience (if you feel called to go deeper)
Hi, I’m Oliver Luke Delorie.
I’m a Life Story Coach, Ghostwriter, Editor & Custom Book Publisher.
Since 2005, my mission has been to help people remember who they are, honour where they've been, and tell their true story — so they can give their grandkids the gift of a lifetime and leave a legacy of love that lasts forever.
This course is my way of offering what I’ve seen change lives over and over again:
A safe space. A simple process. A permission slip to begin.
Not at all. Many people who take this course don’t consider themselves writers — they just have a story they want to explore, understand, or share. This space is for remembering, not performing.
You never have to. Sharing is completely optional. You’ll always be in control of your privacy, your process, and your pace.
This course supports any form of true personal storytelling: memoir, legacy letter, blog series, creative manifesto, private journal, or simply inner healing.
Nope. Some stories are quiet. Some are tender. Some are filled with joy, change, wonder, or subtle transformation. Every story is valid. Every voice belongs here.
The course runs for 4 weeks, with one 90-minute live Zoom session each week.
All sessions are recorded and sent to you within 48 hours. You’ll have lifetime access to the replays.
There is no mandatory homework. You’ll receive weekly prompts and reflections, but everything is optional and designed to be spacious, not stressful. That being said, the more you invest in the nouns you enjoy, the more likely you are to realize your goals and dreams. So if you're not truly committed to getting the most out of this course, it may not be a good fit for you.
Aside from the 90-minute live session, most participants spend 1–2 hours a week reflecting or writing — but even 10 minutes can be powerful.
Yes — whether you're taking this course through a community partner, or you’d like one for personal or professional reasons.
You’ll be invited to explore a next-step like The Memoir Experience, but there’s never any pressure. If it's a good fit, great. If not, that's great too!
Yes — many students go on to develop their story more deeply with private coaching or publishing support. You’ll receive all those options at the end.
You’re in the perfect place. The Memoir Experience helps you speak your story, while I shape it into a beautiful, bookstore-quality memoir.
That’s beautiful and perfectly fine. You never have to publish a word. Some of the most powerful stories are the ones we finally tell ourselves.
Completely normal! If you weren't nervous, it might not mean that much to you. Sharing your truth - whether with yourself or with others - takes courage. This course is designed to honour your pace, your boundaries, and your process. You’re safe here.
If you have a life worth living, you have a story worth telling and you are welcome here.
Let this playful 4-week course be the first step on your path to truth, healing, legacy and inner peace.
